Return & Refund Policy

Each piece is crafted, packed, and shipped with utmost care. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product, and we will accept the return of the product to us within 14 days for an exchange or a refund.

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping.

Shipping Info

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please take images of the damaged product and how it was packaged to file a claim with the shipper. Please contact the shipper and our studio within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can file a claim with the shipper.
