Artwork Pick-Up

All glass artworks created during class will cool down in the kiln overnight and will be available for pick-up 24 to 48 hours after class. Please contact the studio to make an appointment for your artwork pickup. We will not be able to keep the work that is not picked up after 6 months.

Proper Attire

Cotton clothing (jeans and a T-shirt) is ideal for glassblowing. Please wear covered-toe shoes. Please DO NOT wear synthetic clothing, loose clothing, or excessive metal jewelry to class. If you have long hair, please tie your hair back while working with glass. Safety glasses are required and available at the studio. Students are welcome to bring their own prescription eyeglasses or clear safety glasses.

Liability Waiver Form

All participating students will be required to sign a liability waiver form provided by the studio at the beginning of their first glassblowing class with us. If a student is a minor, a guardian will have to sign the waiver form.

 

Cancellation Policy

To ensure everything is ready for your class time, we schedule instructors well in advance and equipment takes preparation of up to one hour prior to the class. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at 808-371-8629 or e-mail info@ktglassworks.com You will need to make your cancellation and rescheduling of class at least 7 days prior to your class time, otherwise there will be no refunds given. There will be no refund given for last minute no-show. *If you are feeling sick or come in close contact with someone sick, please reschedule or cancel your reservation prior to class time. In this case, we will issue you a full refund or reschedule your class at no additional cost.
